"Never let it be said that to dream is a waste of one's time..."

I am so grateful for all the blessings unfolding in my life right now! I spent the weekend at the Yoga Journal Conference here in San Diego where I taught a (sold out!) Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga workshop and got to take classes with master teachers Dharma Mittra and Kathryn Budig. Writing this now, it still doesn't seem real. I am overwhelmed by the positive, supportive energy I experienced at the Conference and am feeling SO inspired this Monday morning. I have so much to share! As the week progresses, I am taking a few days to let everything sink in and will write more in detail about what I learned from these awesome teachers.

I truly am watching my dreams unfold in front of me. But, this is not by accident. Many months ago, I gave myself permission to dream. Big, audacious, often absurd dreams. And I am so happy I did!

Here is my challenge for you: Take a few moments this Monday to allow yourself to dream. What would YOU do if there were no limitations? You must, you must start planting the seeds for tomorrow today. Trust me, you will be so grateful that you did!
