All 90 minute sessions include: Individualized health consultation, approximately 75 minutes of yoga instruction and 15 minutes of breathwork/guided meditation/deep relaxation. Can be by the ocean, or in the comfort of your own home. Session will be tailored to fit exactly what you need and desire.
