Tomorrow I'll be teaching a class at the Catamaran Resort and Spa in the Mission Beach/Pacific Beach area of San Diego in support of The One Love Movement. My friend Kim Bauman founded this great organization to help better the lives of local at-risk youth and create meaningful service projects for the yoga community and a platform from which yogis can give back.
lululemon La Jolla is sponsoring this series of classes called Sunset Salutations. I'm teaching a complimentary one hour vinyasa flow this Thursday at 6:30pm, with snack and drinks to follow. Come flow, mingle and learn about the awesome work ONE LOVE does, including their big charity event on September 13th.
